For a camping trip, settle the weekend before booking pitches: sites price and allocate by group size, and campsites in season fill months ahead. Firm answers beat enthusiastic ones
Camping attracts a lot of soft yeses - it sounds great in March. Say plainly in the description that you are booking pitches on a named day and that a yes after that means a share of the cost. The count you get will be smaller and much more accurate.
